MGP were involved with three projects at Kincoppal School, Rose Bay, involving civil, mechanical, electrical and hydraulic design.

The first involved the refurbishment of the Junior School Administration area. The existing mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems were upgraded to suit the new floor plan. An extension of the existing fire hydrant system, and the inclusion of a fire hydrant pump were incorporated within the design to meet code requirements.

The second project involved the development of the old 25m swimming pool, transforming this area into a deck and amphitheatre.

The third, and largest of the projects, is the development of a new Year 12 Learning Hub.  Designed by BVN Architects, the existing gymnasium will be transformed into a multi level-learning hub within the existing structure. MGP designing the civil, mechanical, electrical and hydraulic requirements of the new hub, utilising the existing infrastructure to offer the state of the art facilities at the school.
